Cancellation policy
For all standard rate bookings full payment is taken at 14 days prior to arrival. Within 14 days prior to arrival, no cancellations, no refunds, no dates changes are allowed and 100% cancellation fees apply.
All special packages or discounted offers require full payment upon booking and no cancellations, amendments or refunds will be accepted.
Photo identification and a valid credit card for pre-authorisation will be required upon your arrival at Noosa Heads Motel for check in. A credit card pre-authorisation will be taken and will be used to cover incidental items. Cash is NOT an acceptable form of bond when staying with Noosa Heads Motel.
Reception hours are 8:30am – 6pm. If you are arriving outside these hours please contact reception via email or phone to arrange after hours key collection.
10am departure and 2pm arrival.
Early arrival & late checkouts are possible subject to availability, charges apply.
